I didn't take a picture that day. So I'm sticking this on here instead.
In the bath at 10 - she choked on some milk and threw up in bed - 3rd time I got to change crib sheets in 5 days (I have pictures of her naked in the crib during nap time, but didn't think they were blog appropriate. She decided it was more fun to strip and pee on everything than to sleep. Silly.)
Field trip with K-lady's class - a fun and beautiful day on a farm - the idea of a leetle land is definitely growing on me (two acres or so???)
Two-fer-one - project getting closer to completion.... (the spots on the bottom picture are saw dust that I shook out of my hair after sanding in my 'shop.') (I think my neighbors think I'm crazy.)

K-lady's class presented the "Town Meeting" (school assembly). Have I mentioned how much I love her school??
let's see if they grow...
mwah ha ha... a new project!

dinner @ Panera (Joseph out of town = Tara quits cooking!)
he fell asleep during his breathing treatment - that is one tired kid! (horrible allergies that week)
she used up almost the entire tube of hair goop

(playing w/ the aperture setting on my camera lately - the 'A' :) Until I know how to use all it's tricks (or Baby A breaks it) it'll do just fine...)
Better wash that mirror soon...
A long, beautiful, sunny Sunday, spent mostly in the backyard - fantastic (here they are lined up to play dad's sidewalk chalk and rock version of shuffle board) :)
mommy-daughter date to the movies - we saw How to Train Your Dragon (cute!), then we went to Target and K-lady bought herself an (un)American Girl Doll horse w/ her allowance she'd saved for 4 months (it seemed like a better option than saving for 10 months to pay for the real deal!)

(I like the picture, but I'm not a fan of the technique - she popped her bubble! AHH!!)

At the Franklin Conservatory (free 1st Wednesday night!)
Spent the day making this little number - I loved it!  Happy Birthday to one of my favorite little boys. :)

Baby A LOVES our neighbors cat, Ditty.
The Easter Bunny stayed up late sewing J-boy's and K-lady's bike baskets. They are so cute!! :) (are we obsessed with bike riding or what?!)
Baby A was really digging the sugars'-in-the-egg part of the Easter Egg hunt
J-boy slipped on the ladder at the playground and ended up with about 8 stitches in his chin. No foolin'. He spoiled my plans for meatloaf disguised as cupcakes and pound cake disguised as grilled cheese for dinner. Instead we spent about 5 hours in the emergency room with a grand finale of ear piercing screams (though anesthestitized) as the doc stitched him up. Poor kiddo. At least a nice lady shared her cheetos with him (click pic to see residue enlarged - or NOT!).

 It's official: we love spring!

On the way home from dropping K-lady off at school -- I feel like this is what our future looks like right now. I'm sure that whatever is at the end of the road is good. I just wish I knew what it was.

Spaghetti night w/ cloth napkins for bibs - K-lady's idea (Perhaps a new tradition?? We have pizza on Fridays, leftovers on Saturdays. This could mean only 4 meals a week that I actually have to THINK!)

Busy Sunday - last day of Spring Break - quite exhausting :)

Joseph took them all for a bike ride - blissful silence at home.....  How does the song go?  There is beauty all around...  When no ones' at home...

Why did I take a picture of my messy bathroom??? It was actually quite monumental -- see the empty TP roll and wrapper on the floor? And the full roll of TP on the dispenser? This just might be the very first roll of TP installed by someone other than me! (someone as in a child in our home -- Joseph has been known to refill occasionally).  :)  I thought I'd celebrate by documenting -- after all, we are perfectly ordinary.  NOT ordinarily perfect.  :)
Our welcome home gift! Those little nubs pictured with the snow a few weeks ago ended up being daffodils. It's kind of exciting to live in a different place every year - you never know what might pop out of the ground in the spring.
